Money math a shop owner can audit.
Most estimating tools apply markup to cost and call it margin. On a 30% target that quietly leaves money on every job. PlankCAD's engine prices from true gross margin and shows every layer, so the same inputs always produce the same, checkable total.
- Deterministic pricing: cost ÷ (1 − margin), never cost × markup
- Sheet nesting with 3.2mm kerf and grain direction, with offcuts returned to stock

Face analysis products usually hand out a score. LEVEL was designed the other way: findings must be supported by specific photos, uncertain results are withheld, and every visual preview has to pass validation before a user sees it.
